1 · Upload — a selfie (face + shoulders) and, if you have one, a photo of your own kit.
2 · Generate — we render your main pose first, then re-pose that same drawing into the other poses, so every frame is the same drummer. Quick render gives you the 4 key poses; Full render adds the 6 wind-up frames for smoother motion.
3 · Play — the frames are swapped in time with the beat clock, so your drummer moves with whatever is playing.
